We value your time and ours. To ensure we can offer appointments to all patients efficiently, we operate a strict cancellation and missed appointment policy.
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This allows us enough time to offer the slot to another patient.
If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full appointment fee will be charged.
If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, this will be treated as a missed appointment, and the full appointment fee will be charged.
For treatments booked with a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable in the event of late cancellation or non-attendance and will be retained to cover the cost of the missed appointment.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a requirement to pay in full at the time of booking for any future appointments.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. In exceptional cases, we may review cancellation charges at our discretion.
